FAQ's

Our Smart Toilet design is vandal-proof and easy to clean, which follows international or Indian public toilet standards. The design prevents tampering and vandalism of inside components and equipment and at the same time, ensures aesthetic appeal with a clean and hygienic environment inside the toilet.
The floor is a double layered floor, with the upper layer made of stainless steel AISI 304 with 2mm thickness which is easy to clean.
The walls are made with a combination of AISI 304 grade SS at bottom half with 1mm thickness and GI powder coated 1mm thick on the upper half.
The roof of our smart toilet is made of ACP panels. The roof unit is designed as a separate entity which can be assembled on site on the main unit in order to optimize transportation of the unit.
The service area will accommodate all components of the toilet to prevent unauthorized public access as well as provide necessary provisions for maintenance and service of the components. It has a separate door to enter for service, maintenance, and inspection. The service room will typically accommodate a battery, motor pump, waste bin etc.
Any combination of access control can be chosen from the following, at an additional cost: Coin mechanism that accepts multiple coins – 1/2/5/10 rupee coins Press the button for controlling the access to toilets. The access control mechanism prevents toilet usage when there is no power/water.
CPVC / braided plumbing material, water tank (200-liter capacity), 0.5HP pressure boosting pump, spiral cleaning nozzle, automatic valves, inline pressure adjusting mechanism. For sewage connection with 100 mm PVC pipe to sewage lines / ferro cement sewage treatment / bio membrane tank (with additional cost) etc.
Self-cleaning of floors and walls takes place after pre-programmed intervals. The system will jet water with high pressure using a SS nozzle to clean the perforated floor. Further, Provisions are in place for pressurized water cleaning in a swirling way to clean stainless-steel walls of the toilet along with a perforated floor, toilet pan using a full cone nozzle.
The smart toilet is enabled with automatic flushing after each use. However, this can be manually overridden with stainless steel press button available inside the unit.
The unit is enabled with manual overriding of automatic door access control system. A safe protection window is provided to easily access the inside door handle by any authorized personnel to open the door in case of emergencies.
The unit has an IoT-enabled remote status monitoring system along with a web application for viewing the status of each toilet by authorized personnel.
